Just add 4 to 5 tea bags in your bath water and you are good to go. By now, you know the benefit of Epsom salt, right? It is good for relieving sore muscles and it is good in removing harmful toxins from your body. Citrus peel any citrus peel; lemon or orange would be good since it has vitamin C that would help increase the production of collagen, which would make your skin smooth and glowing.
