Cucumber and Lemon water bath: It kind of sounds like a detox water that you drink so that you can have glowing skin, right? But you can also soak in them. Lemon also has a few benefits to your skin. It helps remove harmful toxins out of your skin; it also helps relax your muscles especially when you were swimming the whole day and it evens out your skin tone. Just remember to do this at night because it would make your skin a little sensitive and doing this during the day could irritate your skin instead of helping it relax.

Oatmeal is also gently exfoliates your skin, just remember to grind them into a fine powder before adding to your bath and just a cup of it will be fine. Honey is a natural remedy for skin irritation and it leaves your skin smooth and silky, just add 3 to 4 tablespoons in your bath. Citrus peel, Epsom salt and green tea bath: Green tea is not just good for drinking it also benefits your skin. It is rich in antioxidants that would help your skin appear younger, it soothes your irritated skin and since it is rich in antioxidants, it would lessen the appearance of fine lines. Just add 4 to 5 tea bags in your bath water and you are good to go. By now, you know the benefit of Epsom salt, right? It is good for relieving sore muscles and it is good in removing harmful toxins from your body. Citrus peel any citrus peel; lemon or orange would be good since it has vitamin C that would help increase the production of collagen, which would make your skin smooth and glowing. Just let these 3 ingredients soak in your bath water for 8 to 10 minutes and scoop the citrus peel and green tea out of it before plunging in yourself. Letting the citrus peel and green tea soak in the bath water with you would make you skin irritate more instead of helping it heal.
